Central Bus Station

The Anesis Hotel is 750 meters away from the Central Bus Station. Visitors can reach our Hotel either on foot or by taxi at a rate of about 5 euros.

Airport

"Phillipos", Kozani's airport, is located in Petrana only 5 km away from Kozani’s centre. Visitors can reach the Hotel by taxi in approximately 10-15 minutes depending on the traffic at a rate of 10 euros.

NON REFUNDABLE POLICY

  • This reservation is prepaid and non-refundable
  • In case of cancellation, no-show or early departure the payment cannot be refunded

 GENERAL POLICY

  • In case of cancellation by the customer- in more than 21 days before the agreed arrival date- the Hotel is obligated to refund the deposit.
    If the cancellation occurs-in less than 21 days before the agreed arrival date- the customer must pay half of the total amount of the cancelled order.
  • Cancellation is made to the entire reservation and not to a part of it.
  • In case the customer, arrives later than the arranged arrival date, or after his arrival at the Hotel, wants to reduce the length of his stay he will be charged with the 50% of total amount of nights canceled.

Visitors can enjoy their continental breakfast (on request) from 06:00 - 10:00. In order to enhance service, the hotel offers 15 % discount voucher for local restaurants.
